Royal Heights consists of 10 detached and 12 semi detached villas, 22 duplex houses and 139 apartments (ranging from one room studio’s to spacious penthouses with big terraces and sea view). Due to the sloping terrain almost every house has a beautiful view. Since may 2010 a monorail connects Turquoise, Lakeside Garden and the Flamingo Country Club to the Royal Heights 400 mt private beach, that is exclusively for house owners and their guests.
